Getting to the Hotel Goldener Stern in Kaltern

By train to Kaltern
Your destination is Bozen/Bolzano’s main train station: German and Austrian state railways operate regular services here. Once you arrive in Bozen, take the half-hourly bus service to Kaltern from the bus station, which is located just a short distance from the train station.

By coach to Kaltern
If you use a long-distance bus service such as Flixbus, get off at Bozen, from where you can either take a regular bus to our hotel or use a shuttle service, which we will be pleased to arrange for you.

By plane to Kaltern
The nearest airport is Bozen. As an alternative, fly to Verona, which is just one and a half hours from Kaltern, as is Innsbruck. Bergamo Orio al Serio is around two and a half hours from our hotel. Depending on which airport you use, there are various transport services to South Tyrol and Kaltern. Just call or write to us for more information!
By car to Kaltern
If coming by car, take the Bozen Süd exit from the A22 Brennero-Modena autobahn. From there take the MeBo expressway towards Meran, then take the first exit to Eppan onto the South Tyrolean Wine Route. Follow this southwards in the direction of Kaltern.
Our hotel is located directly in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Kaltern, at Andreas-Hofer-Str. 28, for guests access is permitted at all times despite the red traffic light. Once you have arrived at the hotel, we will show you how to get to our car park.
